Filling machine of an Italian model with a volumetric system for filling (sugar and grains)

The vertical (longitudinal) and horizontal (transverse) welding of the bag works with the pneumatic system (compressed air).
The machine is provided with: (1) cooler to form the bag and it is designed based on the width of the wrapping paper provided by the customer.
The length of the bag is controlled through a photocell and a distance reader (an encoder).
3. Control:
Electric control panel contains:
– Temperature control by PID system (3) for longitudinal, transverse, front and back welding.
A special computer (PLC) programmed for all operations of the machine is linked with the control screen.
Color touch control screen to control all movements of the machine.
Electronic machine speed control by inverter.
4. Work environment:
• Electric supply: 380 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz / electric capacity. 4 kW ….. / air consumption. 100 liters / minute.
5. Paint:
– All surfaces in contact with the product are made of food grade 304 stainless steel.
The body of the machine is electrostatically coated.
6. Machine warranty:
– One year against manufacturing defects starting from the date of receiving the machine.
